Last night I ordered takeout: a sausage pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a Chocolate cake and it was so delicious! The mozzarella sticks were made fresh, you can see they still had that fantastic cheese pull by the time I got home. The sausage pizza 😋 delicious, I really like the crust. I also ordered chocolate cake and it was more of a mousee pie, but it was still really good! On a separate occasion, I ordered their tiramisu which they only have on Friday - Sunday. It was the best tiramisu I've ever had! I highly recommend it. Pick up was easy, the cashier and cook were friendly. The shop is clean and smells like fresh pizza.

Emilio’s Italian Pizzeria has become our family’s go-to pizza place. The initial visit included me, my mom, and two nieces, where we enjoyed dining in. Since then, we’ve mostly opted for takeout. The pizza itself is incredibly tasty, and the salad is generously portioned. The chicken wings and chicken fingers are a delicious, and the fries come with a delightful seasoning. As for dessert, the cannolis and tiramisu are truly indulgent. I highly recommend.

We had been regulars of Bistro's for a few years. At the end, without saying much of anything, things changed. We ordered a lot of our regular items, thinking it was still Bistro and when I picked up the food was much smaller portion (specifically the calzones. I commented on this and said "Why is this half the size of when we ordered a week ago? Is it going to be this way going forward?" No answer. So I asked them--no comment? The guy just said "do you want another one?" Anyway, apparently the changeover already happened and my calzone was the "medium" one--even though I was not asked for a size when I ordered. So I hadn't gone back in months, assuming that the prices went up and sizes went down. Understandable considering the current climate, but when I say half size, I legitimately mean it was half the size of what it used to be. That being said, we (now knowingly) ordered from Emilio's to give them another shot. I noticed that now the calzones had sizes--just medium and small. They had a lot of options--mostly similar to Bistro's menu. We got 3 calzones, 1 pizza, 1 fettuccini alfredo, "hot" wings w/fries, and an order of garlic knots. Calzones: We ordered the "large". They were 2 dollars more I think. I am only assuming my tiny one from before was the "medium" but I don't actually know. They were good sized, taking up a good portion of the little pizza box they come in. One was a self-made cheese, pineapple and peperoni one. The other two were the "Emilio's stuffed Bread" pre-made. Because of the pricing structure, the custom one with 2 fillers was the same price as the pre-made one with 4-5 fillers. Crust was good, crusty on the outside and chew--but fully cooked--on the inside. Not the most thick, but perfectly fine. The wife shamed our family (kidding...kinda) by ordering the West Coast BBQ Pizza, 16" (large) for $21. That crust was thin, and crunchy on the bottom, but just barely. I felt it was perfect--I know some folks like chewier or whatever, but those folks are wrong. And even thought it was a BBQ pizza (seriously, what is wrong with her?) it was really good. Oh, and despite it being cut at the shop--the crust wasn't even HINTING at getting soggy. That alone was amazing. I loved their crust. Daughter liked the pasta. I'm pretty sure it was run of the mill--however it did have a slightly different taste--she said it tasted like sunflower seeds--not sure what it was, but there was a slight earthiness. I liked it better, honestly. I just said "that's authentic Italian Alfredo" even though I've read Italy wouldn't touch "alfredo" with a 10ft pole. The wings were standard as far as flavor profile goes (ie, hot/buffalo type flavor) but they were good. Like, I would happily have that hot flavor again. Upper quality on that "generic" flavor. They have several other options, but I didn't try those. It was not unique in any way, but it was a delicious take on the standard. Wings were decently crispy underneath the sauce. The fries that come with the wings were pretty run of the mill. While the wings were crispy, the fries were soggy. Thick cut (but not "steak" fries) and they had seasoning on them, but paired with the more powerful flavors around me, I didn't taste anything. Pass on the fries. The wings were average size and they were good. I'd rather trade more wings for the fries, but at $10.99 for 7 wings (as I'm not counting the fries as food) it's not the greatest deal. Good wings, not good price. The bucket of wings would be a better deal if you want to avoid the fries (they drop from 1.60 per wing to 1.15, so use that how you will). Garlic knots. Good, strong garlic flavor, but the butter was clarified (I think) so there was essentially no butter flavor, just throat lube. I did note that out of the 12 or however many we got, at least two that I saw were SATURATED in butter to the point of almost being like biting a full sponge. It gushed out. Their marinara sauce had a sweet flavor, very much like...HONEY? I don't know, that's what I got out of it..

Oh my goodness. This pizza was absolutely heaven. We lived in Italy for several years and this pizza is the real deal ❤️❤️. Emilio and the staff were so welcoming and kind! The garlic knots are tossed in fresh garlic and parm just as they come out of the oven 🤤. They were so soft and fluffy. Our white pizza was SO good. We got a side of marinara to dip it in- and the marinara is made from scratch. We are so happy we stopped by this place!

Emilio’s is a family owned pizzeria that makes great food. Ordered pizza and wings for pickup which were ready in a timely manner and were made properly with care. The pizza had the right amount of dough and the right amount of flop. The fries were the right consistency as well (ie still crispy and not soggy when you get home). I asked for the wings to be made crispy and they were perfect. Give ‘em a call to know what the specials are. It’s clear the owners care about providing tasty food and service. Will be ordering from them again soon!

My spouse and I found this amazing gem after moving into our new home. We were both tired from the move and really didn't put much thought into it. Anyways, we walked in and the place was clean, the lady in the front was extremely nice, and a gentleman was tossing a pizza crust in the background. At this point we were so hungry the entire menu looked appealing. But I simply ordered a pizza for us thinking this would probably just be another bland place that we have tried since moving to Nevada a few months ago. I was not expecting a taste bud overload, but this place is great. We now make this a Friday night feast in our home. The pizza is delicious, and the kiddo and furbaby love it. The pasta, salads, subs, and desserts are worth a 5 star review. 🌟 My family and I are proud to say we support this local business and will continue to be regulars.
